Small Conference Package
We've designed our small conference package to include all the things we get asked for on a regular basis when people are organising small (upto 100 delegates) conferences. This package includes a 2m x 2m stage area with a lectern and lectern mic. It also includes a video feed and audio feed (with PC balance box to get rid of those annoying laptop hums) for you to connect to your own laptop used for the presentation. So that everyone can see what you're presenting, we include an 8ft x 6ft projection screen with drape kit and a high powered short throw projector. We also include uplighting to make your set area look more appealing. To help you make the conference interactive, we also include a hand held wireless microphone so that your delegates can ask questions. The P.A system included in our small conference package is a 2 speaker system with a mixer to connect it all together.
We will deliver, setup and demonstrate the setup prior to your delegates arrival, and then return to remove everything at the end of the event.
You can use this package to build on if you need more equipment, and we also provide an a/v technician to run the a/v for you which is one less thing for you to worry about.
With a daily rate of just £649, our small conference package is great value if you need to make a good impression on a tight budget.
Silver Disco Package
Our silver disco package is just £350 and is suitable for events of up to 5 hours with up to 150 people. Comprising of one of our professional video DJ's & Disco, this package includes a 2000 watt sound system, 5 powerful LED lighting fixtures and a 42" LED screen for music videos and background visuals. Our DJ's are the most professional in the business, with each DJ having a minimum of 10 years experience. Our DJ dress code is designed to be suited to your event - so if you're having a formal event, our DJ's will be wearing black dinner jacket and trousers with white wing collar shirt and royal blue bow tie. If your event is less formal, then black trousers and black long sleaved shirt are the norm. You can always request a specific dress code of your choice. As with all of our packages, you can tailor them to suit your event, so if you want us for longer, or a bigger sound system and more lights, let us know.
Photo Booth Hire
Our photo booths are the best in the business. Don't be fooled into hiring a cheap booth when so much of the success of your event hangs on how much people enjoy themselves. Our massive range of props are constantly being updated, and we spend over £100 each month replacing props that are starting to show signs of wear and tear. Cheap booths often have just a few props, most of which have seen better days. Also beware of the small print. When others say "unlimited prints" they ususally mean unlimited visits and a single print each time you visit. We work with our clients to decide what's best for them, so if for your event you want 6 prints each time a group of 6 people go into the booth - you can have it. Our booths are available in a choice of colours, with black or white being the favoured choices for the outside of the booth and red, black or white curtains for the inside. £399 is the price for a 3 hour hire with free photo customisation (have your company logo or message on each print). You can also increase the number of hours to suite your event, and we can provide a number of costed extras such as duplicate prints, albums, keyrings, fridge magnets, single panel or entire booth branding with your own choice of colours for the curtain and backdrop.
